Bucks County Christmas Tree FAQs

Do you provide saws?
Yes, we do provide hand saws.  So be prepared to lay on the ground and work for your tree (or make the kids do it).  It’s all part of the experience!

Can you help us cut our tree down if we don’t want to?
Of course, that’s what we’re here for.  Just kindly ask an employee and we’ll be glad to help.

How long will my choose-and-cut tree last?
There are many factors that can influence this: how much rain we received during the past year, how early you cut your tree, whether you keep it watered, etc.  Ideally, Norway Spruce shouldn’t be cut earlier than 2 weeks before Christmas. But we do have plenty of folks who come out earlier.  Just keep it watered and you should be fine.  A bottle of Prolong always helps as well.

Can I bring my dog?
Absolutely! They’re part of the family too.  Please bring a leash.

Do you drill the trees?
Yes, we do drill the trees upon request if your stand requires you to do so.

Can you tie it on to the car for me?
Yup.  We’ll give you a fresh cut, trim some branches if you want, bail it up, carry it to the car, and tie it on for you.
